Jona Soquite wins The Voice Teens

 

Jona Soquite from Davao is the grand champion of The Voice Teens, as announced during the show's live finale on Sunday, July 30.

Singing R. Kelly's "I Believe I Can Fly", the teen belter garnered 44.78% of public votes.

She bested out Camp Kawayan's Isabella Vinzon who sang "Rise Up" and garnered the second highest number of votes, 22.42%; FamiLea's Mica Becerro who sang "Time To Say Goodbye" and earned 17.79%; and Team Sharon's Jeremy Glinoga who performed "Dahil Mahal na Mahal Kita" and earned 15.01%.

Jona won P1 million cash and a trust fund worth P1 million from H&M, P2 million from SunLife, a recording contract with MCA Music, P250,000.00 worth of Snack Attack business package, P100,000.00 from Dental Harmony and a house and lot from Camella.
